PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a transparent conductive film is provided to prevent spot type air capture causing a dent by forming an air gap between a base and a film. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film(10) includes a hard coating layer(14), a base(13) and a transparent electrode layer(11) in order. Spacers are formed at least in both ends of one surface of the base. The transparent electrode layer is formed on the surface in which the spacers are formed of the base. The hard coating layer is formed on the other surface of the base having the transparent electrode layer formed.
