<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device with a built-in touch sensor is provided to improve touch performance by reducing the resistance value of routing wires, thereby increasing mutual capacitance. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen panel includes an upper substrate(200), a plurality of first touch electrode rows(Tx) arranged side by side on the upper substrate in a first direction, and a plurality of second touch electrode rows(Rx) arranged side by side without touching the first touch electrode rows in a second direction. The touch screen panel includes first pads(TP1-TP5), second pads(RP1-RP5), and ground pads(GP1-GP4) which are formed outside the touch electrode rows, routing wires(TR1-TR5,RRA1-RRA5,RRB1-RRB5), and ground wires(G1,G2,G3). The first pads are connected to first routing wires by first jumping pads(TJ1-TJ5), and the second pads are connected to the ends of 2-1 routing wires. The first touch electrode rows include a plurality of first electrode patterns(220a) and a plurality of first connection patterns connecting the first electrode patterns together. The second touch electrode rows include a plurality of second electrode patterns(240a) and a plurality of second connection patterns connecting the second electrode patterns together.</p> |
