BEARING ASSEMBLY AND SPINDLE MOTOR INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A bearing assembly and a spindle motor with the same are provided to discharge bubbles generated in the inside to outside in a short time, thereby improving vibration and rotation properties. CONSTITUTION: A bearing assembly comprises a sleeve(120) and a circulation unit(125). The sleeve supports a shaft(110) by a medium of oil. The circulation unit penetrates through the top surface and the bottom surface of the sleeve so that the oil is circulated. A cross sectional area of a radial direction of the circulation unit formed on the top surface of the sleeve is smaller than that formed on the bottom surface of the sleeve. The cross sectional area of the radial direction of the circulation unit is reduced linearly or non-linearly upwardly to an axial direction.
