PURPOSE: A non-pneumatic tire with an oil damper is provided to minimize the shock inputted from a road due to a damping property of oil and reduce the noise and vibrations generated in rotating a tire. CONSTITUTION: A non-pneumatic tire(20) with an oil damper obtains about 0.5-1.0mm thickness of a first space(24) in a part in which a tread unit(23) and an outer spoke(22) are connected and is comprised by injecting a gel type oil of high viscosity.
