PURPOSE: A banking system including a house improvement loan function and a control method thereof are provided to collect and screen a house improvement fund request, to perform loan screening about information of a loan recommendation target, and to supply the loan with a guarantee of a house finance corporation server. CONSTITUTION: A local government management server(3) collects and evaluates a house improvement money request. A banking loan management server(4) collects and evaluates related information about a selected target and outputs a loan evaluation result. The banking loan management server calculates a final result of a house improvement loan by controlling an actual screening process to a house improvement loan case and finally executes the house improvement loan after receiving a guarantee of a guarantee issue institution(5).
