PURPOSE: A shaft holding unit is provided to have an improved structure configured to easily separate a shaft and a flag which is hanging on the shaft. CONSTITUTION: A shaft hold unit(1) is comprised of the followings: a first pad plate(10) which is fixed to a pillar(2); a second pad plate(20) which is connected to the first pad plate by a hinge(40) rotatably, and rotates between a first status which is on a same level with the first pad plate and a second status which is bent from the first pad plate; a first locking pipe(50) which is adhered to an upper side of the first pad plate in a longitudinal direction; a second locking pipe(60) which is adhered to the upper side of the second pad plate in the longitudinal direction; a shaft holding pipe(90) which is extended to the direction which becomes further from the pillar which is adhered on the second pad plate; a locking load(70) which is installed to go forward or backward along an inner side of the second locking pipe, and inserted in the first locking pipe by moving forward in the first status; and a first and a second side hole(64,74) which are formed in the second locking pipe and the locking load respectively, to form an overlap region. The locking load moves backward by the expansion of the overlap region. The rotation of the second pad plate from the first status to the second status is allowed.
