PURPOSE: A method for preparing a fermentation of desalinized magma seawater, the fermentation, and a cosmetic composition using the same are provided to enhance the content of useful ingredients in mineral, and to increase solubility. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a fermentation of desalinized magma seawater comprises: a step of adding a carbon source and an energy source of microorganisms inoculated to the desalinized magma seawater and mixing; and a step of inoculating one or more microorganisms selected from the group consisting of lactic acid bacteria and yeast to the mixture and fermenting. The carbon source and the energy source include oligosaccharides, lactose, glucose, fructose, sugar, or a mixture thereof. A cosmetic composition contains the fermentation.
