PURPOSE: A waste heat collecting device is provided to clean inner walls of all flow paths simultaneously with cleaning devices installed inside each flow path, thereby simplifying a heat exchange method. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat collecting device comprises a waste heat collecting unit(50) and cleaning devices(60). Heated waste water flows into the waste heat collecting device from a side of the waste heat collecting device and is discharged to the other side of the waste heat collecting device through outflow paths of several rows, which are separately installed at a predetermined interval. Supply water, which has flown from outside, flows in from a waste water outlet and is discharged to a waste water inlet through inflow paths, which are installed alternately between the outflow paths to be in contact with partitioning walls of the outflow paths. The top of the waste heat recollecting unit is open. The cleaning device removes foreign materials and sludge deposited on heat exchange plates, partitioning walls of the inflow and outflow paths. |
