PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a partitioning plate for a fuel cell is provided to manufacture a plate using punch-pressing by applying back pressure to the plate at ambient or warm temperature, thereby improving the moldable properties of the plate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a partitioning plate for a fuel cell includes: a step of fixing a plate(230); a step of vertically dropping and placing a punch(510) of which the lower end has a concave part on the upper side of the plate; a step of applying back pressure to the lower surface of the plate; and a step of forming a flow path on the plate by pressing the upper side of the plate with the punch. A partition inside the center of the punch has a vertical space between the partition and the inner wall of the punch.
