PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of rice is provided to improve a healthy function of rice by manufacturing a coating material using natural sulfur water and a mulberry leave extract and coating the coating material on rice. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of rice comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mulberry leave extract by washing collected mulberry leaves with natural sulfur water and pulverizing the leaves; manufacturing a coating material by mixing 50-200wt% of the natural sulfur water to 100wt% of the mulberry leave extract; coating rice with the coating material; and hot air-drying the coated rice in a hot air-dryer. The coating step is performed by a method for spraying the coating material to the rice or stirring the rice after dipping the rice in the coating material. The coating step and the drying step are repeated with two or tree times to infiltrate the sulfur ingredient of the coating material and mulberry leaves into the rice.
