PURPOSE: A polyurethane primer composition is provided to have excellent workability and long term storage and to prevent penetration into a basis material, thereby having excellent adhesion. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane primer composition is formed of 25-100.0 parts by weight of polyol, 0.001-0.01 parts by weight of a reaction retarding agent, and 0.01-0.1 parts by weight of a room temperature curing catalyst, based on 100.0 parts by weight of a crude methylene diphenyl diisocyanate represented by chemical formula 1. An isocyanate group(-NCO) included in the composition is 3-10 weight% based on total weight of the polyurethane composition and ha a gardener viscosity of A2-A6.
