PURPOSE: An excrement disposal system and a method thereof are provided to not only automatically clean excrement in a cow house and a piggery but also measure the weight of stock whenever cleaning the cow house and the piggery. CONSTITUTION: An excrement disposal system which cleans a cow house and a piggery and senses weight at the same time includes a sensor(101) which senses the weight of the part of the cow house and the piggery; a server(102) which operates a motor and a excrement remover if weight information is stored in real time and becomes over a set value; and a motor(103) which rotates if the motor receives the command of the server; and an excrement remover which performs first excrement removal, second water pressure cleaning(112), and third moisture removal.
