摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A double layered glass plate structure for vacuum heat-protection is provided to maintain the form of inner plates by a resin net in the vacuum condition through inserting the resin net between the inner plates. CONSTITUTION: A double layered glass plate structure for vacuum heat-protection comprises a vacuum plate module(11), a sealing transparent film resin layer(12), a pair of protection glass plates(13), and a glass adhering layer(14). The vacuum plate module comprises multiple inner plates(111) and a resin net interposed between the inner plates. The area where the resin net is positioned is in the vacuum condition. The sealing transparent film resin layer surrounds and seals the vacuum plate module. A pair of protection glass plates is laminated on both sides of the sealing transparent film resin layer. The glass adhering layer attaches the protection glass plates. A manufacturing method of the double layered glass plate structure for vacuum heat-protection comprises the following steps: the vacuum plate module is formed by laminating the resin net between the inner plates; the side of the vacuum plate module is sealed with the sealing transparent film resin layer; the interval between the inner plates and the resin net of the vacuum plate module is made into the vacuum condition using a vacuum apparatus; the protection glass plates are laminated on both sides of the vacuum plate module; and the edge of the protection glass plates are adhered.</p>
