<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a flexible display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent damage to a device formed on a display layer when a substrate is removed. CONSTITUTION: A sacrificial layer(120) is formed on an upper surface of a support substrate. A flexible substrate(140) is bonded to an upper surface of the sacrificial layer, through an adhesive agent having adhesive strength between 0.3 N/mm2 and 1.5 N/mm2.
