PURPOSE: A game program and a recording medium readable by a computer are provided to give suspense induced by the use of a brain and hidden traps and to be simple to play and highly entertaining. CONSTITUTION: A game program and a recording medium readable by a computer include the following functions: a function of displaying a ground(10), which a character can touch and move on, and a game field, where a starting point and a destination point(90) are prepared on the ground, obstacles are prepared on a moving route between the starting point and the destination point, and a button(40) to eliminate an obstacle is prepared in front of the obstacle on the moving route, on a screen; a function of controlling the left/right movement of the character with left/right control input; a function of controlling the left/right movement of the character with jump control input; a function of eliminating the obstacle when the character pushes the button; and a function of clearing a game stage when the character arrives at the destination point. A function of restoring the obstacle after a time limit has expired, in case the character pushes the button and eliminates the obstacle, is included.
