<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the reliability of a device by reducing leakage current flowing to a light absorption layer. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer(200) is arranged on a support substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on the back electrode layer. A front electrode layer(600) is arranged on the light absorption layer. A connection line(700) passes through the light absorption layer and electrically connects the back electrode layer and the front electrode layer. The front electrode layer and the connection line include metal nanowires.</p> |
