<p>PURPOSE: A cell line in which a 5-alpha reductase promoter site is transformed for screening a 5-alpha reductase expression inhibitor, and an identifying method are provided to use a hair follicle cell with a hair growth or hair loss-related signal transduction mechanism and a prostate cell line with high 5-alpha reductase activity as a host cell. CONSTITUTION: A method for identifying a cell line in which 5-alpha reductase promoter site is transformed for screening a 5-alpha reductase expression inhibitor comprises: a step of preparing pGL4.17(luc/neo)-pSRD5A2 plasmid in which the 5-alpha reductase promoter site is cloned; a step of analyzing a base sequence of the pGL4.17(luc/neo)-pSRD5A2 plasmid; a step of preparing a cell line, HFDPC-pSRD5A2-luc; a step of detecting whether the 5-alpha reductaase promoter is normally introduced into the cell by measuring luciferase expression; and a step of verifying reaction of the cell line, HFDPC-pSRD5A2-luc, with respect to a 5-alpha reductase expression activator.</p> |
