PURPOSE: A visualization device of a radiation signal is provided to know in detail the distribution or intensity of noise within the three dimensional space around a testing object. CONSTITUTION: A visualization device of a radiation signal is comprised of the followings: a storage device for the photographed images of a measuring space during a constant time interval; a three dimensional memory which is memorized by relating the compartment management information which includes a color value of a maximum signal level between a three dimensional coordinate and a detection signal of the compartment in an interpretation three dimensional space model of each compartment, while the interpretation three-dimensional space model is defined as a mesh of the lattice form which divides the measuring space into a constant interval in the depth direction, width direction, and height direction; a displaying device which displays the photographed image which is stored in the storage device for the photographed image; a device which overlaps and displays a screen mesh frame which is comprised of a screen compartment related to the compartment as the mesh frame for an interpretation result display; a device which consecutively defines the compartment having a depth coordinate corresponding to a designate distance from a testing object; a device which reads the color value which is allocated to a two dimensional coordinate and the compartment which comprises the three dimensional coordinate which is allocated to the compartment for the designated compartment; and a device which displays the color of the color value which reads the screen compartment corresponding to the two dimensional coordinate.
