PURPOSE: A sunshade board for a vehicle is provided to block vibration and noise from the outside with an excellent sound absorbing performance and an excellent soundproofing performance and to suppress temperature rising of the vehicle indoor from direct light. CONSTITUTION: A sunshade board(1) for a vehicle comprises a surface layer(10), an adhesion layer(20), and a base material layer(30). The surface layer is comprised of a polyester nonwoven fabric. The adhesion layer is formed on the upper surface of the surface layer and attaches the surface layer and the base material layer. The base material layer is formed on the upper surface of the adhesion layer and is comprised of a magnesium sheet(32) or a magnesium foam. The magnesium sheet and the magnesium foam are connected with warm forming in the base material layer.
