PURPOSE: A multifunctional vacuum cleaner which is suitable for cleaning bedding is provided to remove moisture from bedding and to annihilate bacteria by blowing hot air at a high temperature inside the bedding. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional vacuum cleaner which is suitable for cleaning bedding comprises a mode setting button(16b), a display panel, a hot air desiccation and sterilization unit(70), and a control module(80). The mode setting button sets a mode for cleaning bedding. The display panel visually displays the mode setting by the mode setting button. A hitting piece module is interlocked with the operation of a vacuum suction motor, and hits the bedding. The hot air desiccation and sterilization unit dries and sterilizes the bedding. The control module controls the operation of the sterilization unit depending on the mode set by the mode setting button.
