LOAD SENSITIVE CONTROL LEVER USING MR FLUID

摘要

PURPOSE: A load sensitive control lever using an MR fluid is provided to allow a driver to sense rotation resistance of a joint according to a size of loads because viscosity of the MR fluid is changed according to intensity of a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION: A load sensitive control lever(1) using an MR fluid comprises a sensor unit(10), an A/D converter(20), a control unit(30), a power supply device, an MR brake(40), and a control lever(50). The sensor unit is mounted on a power unit moving loads senses a size of the loads. The power supply device supplies magnetic field according to a control signal outputted from the control unit. The MR brake includes the MR fluid in which viscosity is increased or is decreased according to a size of the magnetic field. The control lever controls the MR brake assembled to a rotation joint to move load.
