PURPOSE: A cell imaging device and a method thereof are provided to perform bright-field imaging and fluorescence imaging with respect to living cells simultaneously, thereby accurately observing a spatiotemporal correlation of the cells and fluorescent materials. CONSTITUTION: A cell imaging device comprises a light source unit(12), a light processing unit, and photographing units(18,19). The light source unit includes a first light source for bright-field imaging and a second light source for fluorescence imaging with respect to a measurement object. The light processing unit divides lights from the first and second light sources into bright-field image signals and fluorescence image signals, respectively. The photographing unit respectively receives the bright-field image signals and the fluorescence image signals, thereby performing the bright-field imaging and fluorescence imaging.
