PURPOSE: A PCBs contaminated oil chemical processing automated system is provided not to generate high toxicity material such as dioxin in a process of processing PCBs contaminated oil generated from a waste transformer. CONSTITUTION: A PCBs contaminated oil chemical processing automated system includes more than two contaminated oil storage tanks having PCBs contaminated oil stored, processing tanks for processing the PCBs contaminated oil supplied from the contaminated storage tanks, a vacuum formation apparatus forming vacuum in the processing tanks, a KOH tank(40) having KOH stored to be supplied to the processing tanks, a pulverizer(45) pulverizing the KOH, a PEG(polyetylene glycol) tank(50) having PEG stored to be supplied to the processing tanks, a heating medium boiler(60) having high temperature silicon oil stored to be supplied to the processing tanks and a separation tank(70) separating sludge from processing oil flowed in the processing tanks.
