PURPOSE: An apparatus for recycling scrap metal waste with crushing, pulverizing, and sorting is provided to sort the waste which is a mixture of scrap metal and nonferrous metal by kind under an optimal sorting condition, thereby producing the good scrap metal and nonferrous metal. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for recycling scrap metal waste with crushing, pulverizing, and sorting includes a first vibrational screen(10), a second vibrational screen(20), a conveyor belt type first magnet sorter(30), a compressor(40), a vibrational feeder(50), and a conveyor belt type second magnet sorter(60). The first vibrational screen sorts a fed first waste which contains scrap metal and nonferrous metal into two particle sizes of a second waste and a third waste. The second vibrational screen sorts the third waste which has relatively smaller size into two particle sizes of a fourth waste and a fifth waste. The first magnet sorter absorbs the scrap metal among the fourth waste with a magnetic force. The compressor compresses the nonferrous metal which is sorted from the scrap metal through the first magnet sorter. The vibrational feeder feeds the fifth waste with a certain amount. The second magnetic sorter absorbs the scrap metal among the fed fifth waste with the magnetic force. |
