PURPOSE: An aestivation box for culturing sea cucumbers is provided to facilitate easy aestivation for sea cucumbers in consideration of the property of sea cucumbers which aestivate in a high water temperature period. CONSTITUTION: An aestivation box for culturing sea cucumbers includes a first member(310) which is perpendicularly placed in the upper direction from the inside of a fish farm; and a second member(320) which is overlapped by protruding to the flank side of the first member. The second member is formed in both sides or in one side of the first member. The overlapped space(325) of the second member is formed in the lower space of sea cucumbers. A sewing line(327) is formed in the second member in order to separate the space into multiple spaces in a up and down direction. The sewing line is formed in a direction which is parallel to the ground or toward an entrance(326).
