PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by emitting sunlight from a light path conversion part to a light absorption layer. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer(200) is formed on a support substrate(100). The back electrode layer is formed by using a PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition) or a plating process. Under growth pressure, an epi layer is grown on a wafer surface. In an epi-layer growth step, a buffer layer for controlling defects in the wafer surface is grown. A buffer layer growth step includes a step for maintaining a first pressure higher than the growth pressure and a step for maintaining a second pressure lower than the growth pressure. |
