<p>PURPOSE: An electric power generator using water power, magnetic force, and wind power is provided to expand oxygen supply by foaming bubbles when rotating multiple turbine blades which have a triangle web of a condenser. CONSTITUTION: An electric power generator using water power, magnetic force, and wind power comprises multiple turbine blades(112), an axis of horizontal rotation(113), magnetic force generation parts(114,115,116,117), driving pulleys(121,122,123,124), and turbines(131,132,133,134). The multiple turbine blades are rotated by wind and the tide which applies force in the opposite direction. The axis of horizontal rotation is connected to the multiple turbine blades and has a magnet. The magnetic force generation part generates repulsive force with the magnet in the axis of horizontal rotation. The driving pulley rotates in the same direction as the axis of horizontal rotation. The turbine is connected to the driving pulley and a belt(135). An end of the multiple turbine blades has a triangle web.
