PURPOSE: A vehicle sub-muffler structure with an improved function and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an exhausting force by increasing a velocity of a flow and to prevent generated exhaust gas remaining inside an engine. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle sub-muffler structure with an improved function comprises an internal cylindrical partition(110), a vortex generating member(111), an external cylindrical partition(120), an absorption vent pipe(131), a discharge vent pipe(132), and a housing unit(140). The vortex generating member is formed in the outer periphery of the internal cylindrical partition. The internal cylindrical partition is installed inside the external cylindrical partition. The absorption vent pipe is connected to one end of the external cylindrical partition to be communicated. The discharge vent pipe is connected to the other end of the external cylindrical partition to be communicated. The housing unit is installed to surround the absorption and discharge vent pipes and the external cylindrical partition. |
