PURPOSE: A high voltage operational amplifier with a low power high output range is provided to minimize the overall area of a circuit by reducing current consumption and the number of transistors. CONSTITUTION: A differential converter(110) converts a single signal inputted through an input terminal into a differential signal and outputs the differential signal through a differential output terminal and a second differential output terminal. A first driver(120) is connected to a first power voltage source and outputs a current according to the output signal of the first differential output terminal. A second driver(130) drives a current mirror part according to the output current of the first driver. A current mirror part(140) is connected to a second power voltage source. A third driver(150) outputs a current copied through the current mirror part according to the output signal of the second differential output terminal. |
