PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of high refractory metal catalyst is provided to reduce the use of jewels, manufacture catalysts with a uniform size by preventing a sintering phenomenon, and enhance the effects of preventing pollutants. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of high refractory metal catalyst comprises the following steps: forming platinum and alumina metal salt aggregate by mixing alumina powder with a nitric acid tetrammine platinum aqueous solution((NH3)4Pt(NO3)2); and adding alcohol to the metal salt aggregate solution and forming alcohol and metal salt aggregate. To make the deposition amount of Pt in the catalyst after plasticity to be 0.5-5 wt%, the concentration of (NH3)4Pt(NO3)2 is controlled. The alcohol is one selectred from n-hexanol, n-heptanol, n-octanol, n-nonanol and n-decanol. A step of adding porous scaffolds is additionally included after the step of forming alcohol and metal salt aggregate. |
