DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A display panel and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to simplify processes by providing the display panel capable of reducing 3D stereoscopic image viewing distance. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(100) includes a pixel electrode layer. A second substrate(300) faces with the first substrate and includes a common electrode layer. A middle layer(270) is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate. The middle layer includes a first polarization layer, a first electrode layer(230), a second electrode layer(250), a first space forming member(273) and a second space forming member(278). The first electrode layer is formed on a first plane of the first polarization layer. The second electrode layer is formed on a second plane of a second polarization layer, and is patterned as a grid structure. The first space forming member is arranged on the first electrode layer. The second space forming member is arranged on the second electrode layer.
