PURPOSE: A method for processing a hold shaft and a hold flange of a hollow reducer is provided to improve efficiency of the hollow reducer and to increase life time by minimally reducing tolerance generated by assembling components through completely processing as one piece. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing a hold shaft and a hold flange of a hollow reducer comprises: a step of firstly processing the hold shaft and the hold flange in which a hollow unit, a plurality of crank shaft holes, a bolt hole, and a taper pin hole are formed; a step of assembling the hold shaft and the hold flange by a bolt; and a step of precisely grinding a plurality of holes formed after the hold shaft and the hold flange are secondly processed.
