The device (4) has a set of coils (10), and a principal magnetic circuit (11) ensuring magnetic coupling between the coils, where the coils have leak inductance. A secondary magnetic circuit (20) or a U or C-shaped magnetic short circuit allows increase of leak inductance of the coils. An intermediate terminal is intended to be connected to an electrical supply source that is provided between the set of coils. One of the coils has leak inductance less than leak inductance of another coil.
