The cap (7) has a vent for allowing air to a container, and a passive unit moving an obturator (11) between a open position in which the air is allowed to the container and a closed position in which the air is not allowed to the container, and conversely. The obturator is placed in the open position when internal pressure of the container is lower than preset atmospheric pressure. The obturator is plated against an interior face of the cap so as to block the vent in the closed position. The obturator is isolated from the interior face so as to release the vent in the open position. An independent claim is also included for a liquid container.
