PURPOSE: A job interview simulation system and a method thereof are provided to perform a simulated interview by making an interviewee remotely access the job interview simulation system. CONSTITUTION: A database(140) includes job interview simulation content. If a simulated job interview request is received from an interviewee terminal through a transceiver(110), a controller(120) provides job interview simulation menu items. If at least one of the menu items is selected, the controller extracts corresponding questions among multiple interview questions and outputs the extracted questions with voice. The controller displays an interview screen, and a generated simulated job interview flash is transmitted to the interviewee terminal through the transceiver.
