PURPOSE: A battery system is provided to prevent a voltage sensing error by protecting a battery maintenance system from electronic waves generated by high current of a battery cell. CONSTITUTION: A battery system comprises a battery which consists of a plurality of battery cells; a power relay assembly(20) for controlling charging and discharging of the battery; a battery management system(40) which predicts SOC of the battery by being connected to the battery cell through a voltage sensing wire as a medium; and a case for accommodating the battery and power relay assembly. In the outer side of the case, the battery maintenance system is installed and is separated from the battery.
