PURPOSE: A method for providing a customized vehicle rental service using a network, a system thereof, and a vehicle therefor are provided to change the driving conditions according to the personal information of a consumer renting the vehicle and supply multimedia content specialized for driving. CONSTITUTION: A customized vehicle rental server authenticates a user through a user information(S110). The server receives the rental conditions related to a corresponding vehicle and determines a rental target vehicle by considering the rental conditions(S130,S150). When the rental target vehicle is determined, the server remotely controls the electronic facilities of the vehicle according to the location information and preferences of the user(S170). The customized vehicle rental server charges a fee for the customized vehicle rental service(S190).
