PURPOSE: A disk clamping unit and a spindle motor are provided to form a center cone of a non-magnetic material and to arrange a clamper of the non-magnetic material on an upper side of the center cone, thereby elastically fixing an optical disk without magnetic force. CONSTITUTION: A case(110) includes a side wall unit(105) and a support unit(106). A clamper(120) is arranged in the side wall unit and is supported to the support unit. The clamper clamps an optical disk. An elastic member(140) is interposed between the clamper and a cover plate(130). The elastic member pressurizes the clamper to a direction of an upper side of the optical disk.
