DNA APTAMER BINDING TO GLYPHOSATE WITH SPECIFICITY

PURPOSE: A DNA aptmaer which specifically binds to glycphosate is provided to selectively remove a target material only in a sample containing a small amount of antibiotic materials. CONSTITUTION: A DNA aptamer which specifically binds to glyphosate contains one among base sequences of sequence numbers 1-26. A composition for detecting glyphosate contains the DNA aptamer. Glyphosate is detected from a sample collected from water, soil, waste, foods, and animal and plant tissues by gold nanoparticle-based chromaticity analysis. A sensor for detecting glyphosate contains the DNA aptamer.
