PURPOSE: A cell penetrating peptide and a use thereof are provided to be clinically applied to human body without side effects, and to develop reagents. CONSTITUTION: A cell penetrating peptide contains an amino acid sequence, RERRRKKRGLF. The cell penetrating peptide is selected from the group consisting of sequence number 2-4. A method for delivering a cargo into a cell comprises a step of contacting the cell penetrating peptide with a cell. A vector contains a nucleic acid encoding the cell penetrating peptide. The cell penetrating peptide is selected from the group consisting of sequence numbers 2-4.
