The flap is inclined with respect to a bottom in the working position such that an adjustable guide (14) for guiding a waste from a platform (11) to a waste collecting bucket (8) is formed by the flap. A stringer (3) is placed above the flap in the working position and at an upper end of the flap in the vertically raised position. A side guide is placed at a side end of the flap.
