The cuvette (100) has a cavity (105) comprising a partially reflective inner wall (106) and a longitudinal axis (Lo). The cavity is formed such that a main part of the inner wall defines two focal zones (110a, 110b) of the cavity. A line (D1) passes through one of the focal zones and intercepts the main part of the inner wall at a point (P). Another line (D2) passes through the point and forms an angle with the former line. A bisector (B) of the angle is perpendicular to a tangent (T) of the inner wall in the point, and passes through another focal zone.
