PURPOSE: A tire deformation measuring device and monitoring system equipping a plurality of tritium pipes are provided to improve accuracy by measuring the running direction, horizontal displacement, and a vertical displacement of a tire. CONSTITUTION: A tire deformation measuring device and monitoring system equipping a plurality of tritium pipes comprises a plurality of tritium pipes and a light sensor. A tritium pipe is fixed on the inner surface of a tire, and is applied with a fluorescent material, and is sealed after being internally injected with tritium. The light sensor stimulates fluorescence inside a glass pipe through beta rays coming from the tritium pipes and senses the fluorescence.
