ELASTICITY RAIL FOR AUTOMATIC WELDING CARRIAGE AND WELDING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An elastic rail for an automatic welding carriage and a welding method using the same are provided to manufacture the rail with a high elastic synthetic resin material in order to transform the rail corresponding to the various shapes of ship blocks, thereby reducing work of preparing welding and man-hours by applying the identical rail to various welding portions, and preventing the separation of the carriage by restoring the transformed rail into an original shape with the elastic force due to transformation in order to maintain a certain height of the rail on a welding surface. CONSTITUTION: An elastic rail for an automatic welding carriage(100) includes a rail body(110) and a magnet member(120). The rail body is formed with an elastic synthetic resin material so that the rail body can be installed corresponding to the various shapes of welding surfaces. The magnet members are installed at the rail body at regular intervals, and fix the rail body which is transformed into a suitable shape for the welding surface of a ship block.
