PURPOSE: A light emitting device package, a back light unit, and a display unit are provided to reduce color deviation by forming a dome-shaped resin layer including a fluorescent substance. CONSTITUTION: An electrode layer(220) includes a first electrode layer(221) and a second electrode layer(222) which is separated from the first electrode layer. A first concave part(C1) is formed in a part of the first electrode layer. A light emitting diode chip(250) is arranged in the first concave part. An electrode separation part(232) electrically separates the first electrode layer from the second electrode layer. A resin layer including a fluorescent substance is formed on the light emitting diode chip. |
