PURPOSE: A display device, an electronic apparatus, and a method for manufacturing the display device are provided to reduce response time by rotating and aligning liquid crystal molecules near an aperture in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. CONSTITUTION: An electrode layer includes a first and a second electrode. The second electrode faces the first electrode and has an aperture(26A) extended in a direction. A liquid crystal layer is formed on the electrode layer. Liquid crystal molecules near the aperture are rotated or aligned in clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
