PURPOSE: A material quantity management system is provided to automatically obtain information about the material quantity by sharing the information about the modeling shape of the structure and the material quantity through an ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system. CONSTITUTION: A PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) unit(100) extracts attributed information and structure modeling shape information from the structure design information and generates the structure material quantity information by the extracted information. A shape information database(200) stores the attribute information and the structure modeling shape information and provides a management service for the stored information to a client. An ERP system server unit(300) stores the structure material quantity information and provides the management service for the stored information to the client.
