PURPOSE: A metal nanoparticle-containing conductive paste composition is provided to reduce contact resistance between the paste and substrate by forming an electric connection part formed on a solar cell, thereby improving solar cell efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A metal nanoparticle-containing conductive paste composition comprises 40-95 wt% of silver particle; 0.5-6 wt% of glass frit; and 0.05-20 wt% of an electrically conductive metal, metal alloy, and/or metal silicate nanoparticle; and 5-30 wt% of an organic vehicle. The particle diameter of the nanoparticle is 5nm-2micron. The nanoparticle comprises at least one selected from nickel, chrome, cobalt, titanium, alloy, silicate, and a mixture thereof. A solar cell electrode is manufactured by applying the conductive paste composition to a substrate and sintering the paste composition. |
