PURPOSE: A voice coil motor is provided to improve a function of an image sensor by forming a foreign substance collection film including an epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION: A base forms an aperture. A mover(200) includes a bobbin. A stator(300) includes a cover member surrounding magnets. An elastic member(400) elastically support the mover. A foreign substance inflow prevention fence is arranged along the perimeter of the aperture. |
