PURPOSE: A display module and a mobile terminal having the same are provided to reduce or remove yellowing phenomenon occurred in a fixed region on the display module. CONSTITUTION: A first panel is formed to implement an image. A second panel(230) comprises barriers formed to implement 3-dimensional images and is arranged to cover the first panel. A resin layer(260) is formed to fill a gap between the first panel and the second panel. A support part(240) is formed adjacently to one end of the resin layer, and is formed to maintain the gap.
